Booking and payment:
The price will be calculated including the final cleaning service (100R $);
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of 50% of your stay easily payable by credit card or money transfer, as you feel safer.
Electricity costs charged based on the official meter provided by the local energy provider (normally 3R$ per hour when apartment fully loaded);
On arrival our representative in Brazil will be waiting for you at the apartment for keys hand-over and stay finalization (eg additional services request, apartment check, payment of 500R$ damage deposit...)
Check-in from 15:00 on your arrival date and check-out by 12:00. Different arrival and departure times must be agreed upon prior to your arrival.
The balance and any extras (eg additional services, electricity consumption if appplicable) will be paid cash directly to our representative
